I'm here for work (from the Bay Area) and he poured two (not one, but two) incredibly delectable French 75s (oh my) for my colleague. I recommend at least two. He then hooked us up with a great, quick tour of the Pearl district for more drinks and dinner. If you're here for a day, or two, or for a week - make friends with the big guy at Driftwood slinging bottles . . .shaking shakers, pouring bubbbly, suds and vino . . . he's the sh**, he knows it and that's OK.
